• Build strong relationships with Client’s suppliers, acting as their growth coach and strategic advisor for the suppliers
• Collaborate with various stakeholders throughout the Client’ business on suppliers/Category.
• Provide exceptional supplier support experience through multiple communication channels (email, phone, chat)
• Support suppliers in Product listing, Catalogue updates, Content and product image reviews, Supplier Q &A response mgt, Supplier verification, Ad support, data entry and mgt, Fraud and chargeback mgt, Knowledge base updates, Supplier lead scraping and supplier onboarding
• Develop an expert understanding of our platform and how each customer is unique and learn how to efficiently apply that knowledge to provide them the support they need and anticipate future questions.
• Contribute to continuous learning and providing inputs to training, improving documentation, and sharing your knowledge with others

• Graduate in any discipline from recognized. University / Institute
• Prior BPO experience (at least 6 months) highly preferred
• Excellent English communication skills
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice
• Attention to detail and excellent data entry and typing skills
• Strong time management, adaptability and accountability
• Has critical thinking skills with a focus on issue resolution and customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
• Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately
