Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Organisational Development (OD) Strategic Partner to join our People & Culture team. In this critical role, you will lead initiatives that enhance our culture, improve employee experiences, and align with our business objectives.

This is a 12 month fixed term position. 

About the Role

As an OD Strategic Partner, you will:

  • Consult and collaborateworking with executives, senior leaders, and teams to identify organisational needs and provide expert OD solutions.
  • Design and implement, leading end-to-end development and delivery of OD programmes, focusing on culture, leadership, talent and succession, EVP, diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement.
  • Drive uplift in leadership mindset and capability, by embedding our leadership framework organisation wide and developing enterprise leadership capability in senior leadership.
  • Coach leadership teams on the application of internal leadership framework, tools & techniques. 
  • Champion change, using innovative change leadership and change management approaches to foster engagement, align with business goals, and support organisational transformation.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in organisational development within complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Proven expertise in leadership development and change management.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Ability to influence and inspire at all levels of an organisation.
  • Strong business acumen
  • A degree in human resources, organisational development, education, psychology, or a related field.
