Summerset St Johns is a beautifully landscaped, brand new, premium village located in the heart of the eastern suburbs, with spectacular views looking out to Rangitoto Island.

We are looking for a skilled Property Manager to join our village. Ideally you will have DIY and maintenance experience. But more important to us will be your genuine passion for creating great environments and love for all kinds of people from all walks of life.

Who are we looking for?

• An experienced people leader who can build and lead a team of talented property and garden staff
• Proven abilities in property, asset planning and site management.
• Strong financial and resource planning skills
• An enthusiastic person and empathetic person with good interpersonal skills to interact with residents and their families
