Job Purpose (Summary / One – Line Description)

• Create, develop, and maintain updated Safety Data Sheets (SDS) from LATAM region (AR, BR, CO, CL, MX), labels, and other hazard communication materials for internal and external stakeholders. 
• Managing regulatory compliance for countries in LATAM region (AR, BR, CO, CL, MX).
• Ensuring compliance with local, regional and global regulations according to GHS (Globally Harmonized System) as: NOM-018-STPS-2015, ABNT NBR 14725:2023, REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals), TSCA (Toxic Substances Control Act), and others. 
• Teamwork with colleagues in the LATAM Region and around the world in Product Stewardship department and work with other teams such as sales, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement and legal to ensure product compliance. 
• Maintain contact with regulatory bodies and industry associations to address compliance needs and potential issues.
• Develop expertise by independently monitoring and understanding regulatory developments in your area of responsibility.
• Monitoring regional regulatory information to ensure timely implementation of compliance measures.
• Evaluate and maintain product safety relevant data in SAP systems.

Qualification: Chemical Engineer / BE / Science graduate;
