Job Description

Stream Realty Partners is investing in the growth of its Industrial brokerage platform in Atlanta — one of the largest and most dynamic industrial markets in the country, with 861M+ SF of inventory and leasing velocity accelerating heading into 2026. We are hiring an Associate to join our Industrial team, working alongside a focused team of brokers. This role is primarily oriented toward tenant representation but offers meaningful exposure across all industrial brokerage service lines, including landlord leasing, acquisitions, and investment sales. 

This is a business development role at its core. You will be expected to prospect aggressively, build relationships with industrial occupiers across metro Atlanta, and develop a pipeline of tenant representation opportunities. You’ll learn and then lead the process of deal execution — touring properties, preparing proposals, running financial analyses and negotiations. Stream’s proprietary research platform gives you a real information advantage, and the team environment means you’ll learn fast from experienced brokers while building your own book of business. This is an ideal role for someone with a strong sales background who is either already in commercial real estate or ready to make the transition — and who wants to grow with a platform that is actively expanding. Compensation is structured as base salary plus commission.

Primary Responsibilities 

  • Prospecting and cold calling industrial tenants, owners, and decision-makers across metro Atlanta submarkets to generate new tenant representation and leasing opportunities 

  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of active and prospective occupier clients through consistent outreach, face-to-face meetings, and relationship development 

  • Developing deep submarket knowledge across Atlanta’s key industrial corridors (Northeast, North Central, Northwest, I-20 West, Airport/I-85 South, I-75 South) using Stream’s proprietary research platforms 

  • Learning and executing the full cycle of a real estate transaction including property tours, proposal preparation, financial analysis, lease negotiation, and closing deals  

  • Tracking and analyzing market-level data, comps, and availability across assigned submarkets to inform client advisory and competitive positioning 

  • Contributing to landlord leasing assignments and investment sales pursuits as opportunities arise across Stream’s industrial portfolio 

  • Preparing client presentations, market surveys, and deliverables that reflect Stream’s standard of quality and attention to detail 

  • Performing financial modeling and analysis to support tenant advisory, lease comparisons, and investment underwriting 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required 

  • 1–5 years of B2B sales, business development, or commercial real estate experience; strong candidates may come from CRE brokerage, technology sales, medical device, logistics/supply chain, or financial services 

  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets or business development goals 

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with a compensation structure that includes base salary plus commission 

  • Strong prospecting instincts, communication skills, and ability to build relationships with tenants, owners, and brokers 

  • Working knowledge of Excel and comfort with financial analysis; experience with CRM tools preferred 

  • Georgia real estate license not required at hire but must be obtained within 60 days of start date 

  • Familiarity with the Atlanta metro area preferred; interest in industrial real estate and logistics strongly valued 

  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment 

  • Competitive drive and a genuine desire to build a long-term career in commercial real estate brokerage 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
