Job Description
For our Headquarters in Basel we are currently looking for a Global Product Manager - Surgical LCM who will own full responsibility for the Life Cycle Management of a comprehensive existing product portfolio and optimize global product performance.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
- Develops and directs product management and product marketing activities for surgical dental solutions
- Establishes global strategies required to meet financial objectives of sales, market share and profitability
- Proactively monitors portfolio performance, initiates initiatives to further support it and if need be seeks counteractions quickly to address performance gaps together with Regional Sales and Marketing organizations
- In close cooperation with Regional Marketing, RA and Operations, fully responsible for identifying business opportunities and driving new market introductions with existing products and ensuring smooth phase out of other products
- Elaborates product training concepts and content together with T&E, esp. in preparation of new market introductions
- Identifies, collects and assesses market and customer needs and maintain close relationships with KOL
- Owns responsibility for a defined implant product line, is key contact person for subsidiaries and HQ, provides technical support to the field
- In collaboration with Medical Marketing, Clinical Operations and Regulatory Affairs, writes Medical Marketing Plan, defines the product messages, drives pre-clinical and clinical study planning and tracks progress
- Develop concept & content for innovative promotional programs together with Marketing Communications
- Owns, creates and updates product related documentation (e.g. step-by-step, IFU, marketing brochures, presentations, website)
- Regular interactions with customers to understand detailed product usage and performance in comparison to competitive products
- Identifies and assesses new product innovations and incremental product improvements based on market feedback
- Provides in-depth market, industry and competitive analysis, compiles product related comparison
Qualifications
YOUR PROFILE
- Academic degree in Marketing or business administration or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Product Management or Marketing
- Experience in international downstream marketing / product management and/or local market launch experience is a must
- Experience with designing and launching marketing programs
- Additional experience in product and solutions launch at global and international launch
- Experience in Sales is a strong plus
- Proven track record of achieving objectives and targets
- Solid analytical skills
- High level of integrity and commitment
- Fluent in English, German is a strong plus
