Job Description
The Team Lead Controls Hardware Engineering is responsible for one of the CHW Teams delivering project solutions based on existing engineering standards. The team leader is responsible for the controls engineering team of approximately 5–10 members. This role involves applying standardized solutions to meet project specifications, ensuring that the design and implementation align with predefined guidelines. Importance of the team leader lies in guiding the team members both personally and professionally. The team leader must secure the planning of his teams and follow up weekly the progress of each project of each team member. The focus is on the application of standardized solutions, while any deviations or complex problems are handled in collaboration with other engineering functions.

Qualifications
- Master's degree with an electrical specialization.
- At least 8 years' experience in Electrical infrastructure Engineering, including calculations of electrical cabinets, follow-up of commissioning of electrical infrastructure, ...
- At least 3 years managing a team of Engineers.
- Experience with CAD programs like Eplan.
- Experience with cable calculations using Caneco.
- A great blend of creative and technical ability is necessary.
- Proactive mindset and excellent capabilities to spot opportunities to help the business.
- Flexible, positive, and open-minded.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Enthusiastic about working in an international environment, embracing diverse cultures and countries.
- Able and eager to learn and evolve your skills.
- Driven and enthusiastic team player, who loves to take the initiative.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- You're located in Belgium and willing to travel up to 30% of your time to offices & projects abroad.
