Job Description

Based in Ovar, you will provide Health & Safety and administrative support to the Portuguese Sales Affiliate

Main tasks and responsibilities 

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on Health & Safety matters and provide all necessary H&S documentation, including the project-specific safety plans
  • Assure that all executed activities and processes follow QHSE standards, policies, instructions, and local legislation
  • Issue Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Production Orders, Invoices and similar documents via the ERP (SAP/InforLN)
  • Liaise with Clients to assess availability to receive materials and schedule assemblies
  • Request transports to Logistics
  • Subcontract assembly teams
  • Follow-up the projects’ execution to assure Production, Logistics and Assembly lead times
  • Other general administrative tasks
     

Qualifications

  • Level 6 certification in Health and Safety
  • Previous experience in similar tasks
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools, namely Outlook, Excel and Teams, and ERPs (SAP and/or InforLN is a plus)
  • English language skills, both written and verbal
  • Organized, proactive team-player, with excellent communication skills
  • Resident in Ovar or near
