stow is a dynamic and global key player in the racking & storage solutions industry. In line with our continuous growth and innovation efforts, we have developed automated storage solutions both for pallets and bins. These automated solutions are headed by Movu Robotics.

The Robotics Internal Sales is responsible for the full order intake process for different key customer accounts. This includes both ensuring correct and efficient processing of all incoming orders and providing support to the people working in the different affiliates.

• Check the offers in the calculator program to eliminate errors
• Send the orders to SAP
• Prepare the invoicing schedule for the finance department
• Communicate with several departments (engineering, planning, purchase, transport , finance) to ensure efficient processing of the orders
• Direct communication with end customers about the scheduled delivery of the orders
• Single point of contact for all internal sales questions e.g. : order confirmations, etc.
• Coordination of external reference visits: requesting and organizing visits, provide lunch, invite necessary contacts (internal and external)
• Preparing and updating sales documentation e.g.: presentations, etc.

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in an administrative, commercial, economic or other related field
• You are very precise in administrative tasks
• You can read our sales contract in Dutch or English and translate them into our SAP System
• You understand basic accounting principles such as margins, profit, costs, ….
• You like to communicate with different people from different departments
• You are definitely a team player
• You are not afraid to work in a challenging environment with lots of variety
• You can work independently to prioritize your own tasks
• You have good knowledge of the MS Office package
• You are fluent in Dutch and English. French and / or German is a plus
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
