For further support of our sales department, we are looking for an additional Sales Assistant on temporary basis. You will join a growing and dynamic team and will be responsible for the commercial secretarial work and the accompanying administration. In addition, you will be responsible for the order process for 1 of our key accounts.

Tasks & Reponsibilities

• Gives commercial support to the salespeople of Stow Belgium
• Commercial and administrative communication with customers
• General secretarial work
• Incoming telephone calls, as well as their distribution
• Preparing order confirmations
• Notifying customers of deliveries
• Key Account: entering orders (SAP) and further follow-up of these orders

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience
• Good knowledge of Dutch, English and French
• You are communicative, stress resistant and dynamic
• You are able to work independently
• You have sense of initiative and thinking along with the organization
• You are commercially proactive and think along with the customer in a solution-oriented way
• You work accurately
• You keep meticulous records of current affairs
• Experience with SAP is a plus, but not a requirement
