Job Description

Join our Corporate IT team and help shape the future of our digital workplace for thousands of employees across multiple international locations. In this role, you will combine operational ownership with continuous improvement initiatives, working with modern endpoint-management and workplace technologies to deliver secure, efficient, and user-centric IT services. You will have a direct impact on how our workplace services evolve, helping drive automation, innovation, and the adoption of new solutions across the organisation. 

Responsibilities

 

  • Service Ownership & Development – Administer assigned IT services throughout their operational lifecycle, including configuration, access management, maintenance, monitoring, incident resolution, vendor coordination, and ensuring service availability and reliability 
  • Endpoint Management – Administer Microsoft Intune for Windows and macOS devices, managing enrolment, configuration, compliance, application deployment, patching, and device lifecycle processes. Develop and maintain automation scripts (Bash/PowerShell), troubleshoot endpoint issues, and ensure a secure and standardised endpoint environment 
  • Digital Workplace Development & Automation – Play an active role in shaping the future of the digital workplace by identifying improvement opportunities, implementing automation solutions, and influencing the adoption and evolution of platforms such as Intune, Nexthink, Action1, Fresh Service, and other workplace technologies. 
  • Documentation – You create documentation of the service integrations and contribute to our internal knowledge base 
  • Team collaboration – Collaborate effectively across international project teams, IT functions, users, stakeholders, and external service providers to coordinate issue resolution, provide clear status updates, and ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with business requirements 

Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration, along with at least 5 years of relevant work experience in IT.  
  • Strong analytical troubleshooting skills and the ability to isolate issues across device, identity, application and connectivity layers 
  • Hands-on experience with ticketing systems, following ITIL processes and managing Change Management  
  • Possess working knowledge of scripting and automation technologies, including Bash, PowerShell, and API integrations, to streamline administration tasks, automate workflows, and improve operational efficiency across IT services and endpoint management. Hands-on experience supporting and administering macOS and MacBook devices is highly desirable. 
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
