Job Description
Join our team and you’ll be responsible for driving growth and expanding business opportunities.
Working in the Sales department, you will help companies to find talents and expand into new markets.
You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labor market to make it work for everybody.
Your responsibilities:
- Guiding the entire sales process, from identifying leads to closing deals.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the designated area.
- Following up with customers (collaborating with internal teams) and using the company CRM system.
- Continuously supporting customers and providing quality advice to support the company’s growth objectives.
- Participating in company events such as conferences and trade shows to identify opportunities and represent the company for growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in similar sectors.
- Experience in “solution selling.”
- Understanding and active listening.
- Able to work independently but also as part of a team.
- Fluent in German, French and English. Luxembourgish is an asset.
