The Data Analyst is responsible for supporting the Delivery team with customer reporting and other day-to-day operational needs. This position works very closely with Account Managers and collaborates with other internal teams on a regular basis. 

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including the Data & Insights team to collect and analyze data needed for reporting.  
• Manage reports that support day-to-day business operations including reoccurring daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, quarterly business reviews, as well as ad hoc custom reports. 
• Collaborate with Account Managers to identify client reporting needs and provide custom reporting as needed. 
• Analyzes business trends to identify opportunities for innovation and recommend enhancements to existing reporting. 
• Design, create, and update documents, forms and other tools that promote consistency and process improvement. 
• Provide additional support to the team as needed including support ad hoc projects and requests.  

• Proficiency in statistics and data analysis  
• Needs basic understanding of SQL 
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, etc. 

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or higher 
• 1 or more years of experience in a reporting or analytics role 

Travel Requirements

• Travel for this position may include quarterly travel to attend internal and external meetings, however, this may vary based on business needs and opportunities.
