• Develop internal and external communication plans and formats of communication (VLOGs, Testimonials, Newsletters, Q&A, Allhands, Townhalls etc.) 
• Create compelling narratives and messages / stories for communication 
• Manage communication channels in close collaboration with the Stepstone Communication-Team (newsletters, intranet, social media)
• Coordinate integrated /holistic communication campaigns to promote transformation benefits to the company 
• Engage employees and stakeholders through effective communication
• Monitor feedback and adjust communication strategies
• Measure the success of communication and marketing efforts 

• Master / Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field 
• Proven experience in communication and marketing / beneficial, if also in a transformation project background
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinking and storytelling abilities
• Familiarity with design tools to create visual & video content (such as Canva, Infogram) 
• Able to deliver communications material instantly without external support (agencies) 
• Data analysis skills to measure the effectiveness of communication efforts
• German and English are required
