Job Description
- Drive project success for the client and for Universum’s business goals.
- Delivering on KPIs: Set, monitor, and ensure the achievement of project-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including project completion rates, adherence to timelines, quality, and meeting budgetary goals.
- Margin and revenue: Manage project budgets and resources effectively to optimize project margins and contribute to revenue generation goals.
- Client satisfaction (NPS): Measure, analyze, and enhance client satisfaction through Net Promoter Score (NPS) metrics, ensuring that project deliverables consistently meet or exceed client expectations.
- Client management & upselling: Cultivate strong client relationships, understand client needs, identify opportunities for upselling additional services or products, and collaborate with the sales team to capitalize on these opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising or the equivalent as the basis for your career in a relevant field
- Project management: Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software for effective project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Financial management: Ability to manage project budgets, forecast costs, and optimize resources to ensure project profitability and contribute to the financial targets.
- Client relationship management: Experience in building and maintaining client relationships, understanding client needs, and implementing strategies for upselling to drive additional revenue.
- Collaboration: Foster collaboration and motivate team members toward achieving project objectives.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interactions, team collaboration, and presentation of project updates.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify challenges, proactively address issues, and find innovative solutions to ensure successful project outcomes.
- English native or Business English, other language proficiencies are a plus
