Job Description
You will be responsible for providing reporting and data to internal stakeholders on the performance of multiple projects as well as BAU market insight topics.
You will assist a network of Sales & Success teams and their customers to provide a consistent, reliable, and positive user experience.
The first area your role involves delivering renewal and market data to our sales teams. You’ll be expected to deliver advice on the opportunities backed up with data about customer and market activity.
Secondly, your focus will be to provide expert advice on automated solutions for these customers so we can get their vacancies onto our site as quickly and efficiently as possible. This will vary customer to customer and you will be responsible for helping decide on the best solution for each customer.
What will this role look like on a day-to-day basis?
- Posting listings to our site adhering to best practice guidelines to help customers achieve results.
- Support customers and internal stakeholders to ensure they receive the best response rates from our listing offerings.
- Proactively provide statistical based analysis regarding performance of job listings and market insights.
- Optimise roles, using internal systems, market benchmarks and knowledge.
- Proactively engage with our internal product teams on any projects/feedback about our listing products.
- Be a point of contact for any postings. Liaise directly with 3rd party providers, customers and internal stakeholders to ensure their expectations are met within the terms of the process.
- Finding the most time efficient, optimal solution to customers/internal stakeholders where necessary to help improve the journey of their listings and use of market insights to aid in providing useful advice.
- You will assist a network of Sales & Success teams and their customers to provide a consistent, reliable and positive user experience, taking charge of the automated job process in an efficient manner to achieve team SLAs.

- Keen eye for detail, as large parts of the role involve data entry.

- Strong ability to multitask and prioritise workload. This will include the ability to manage time.
- Able to follow processes and procedures.
- Strong relationship builder, with both internal and external stakeholders.
