Steelcase is seeking a Treasury Analyst to support worldwide liquidity, cash forecasting, foreign exchange activities, and treasury operations. You'll Support Meaningful Work By: 

• Supporting daily cash management activities, including:
  • Monitoring the liquidity position of various locations and helping ensure adequate funding for business operations
  • Executing transactions to support funding and liquidity activities
  • Preparing daily cash and liquidity reports
  • Forecasting future cash flows
• Financial planning and analysis for treasury related P&L line items.  
• Managing periodic subsidiary funding activities, including intercompany loans, recapitalizations, and dividend repatriation efforts. Conducting detailed financial analysis and partnering closely with local finance teams and the global tax team to support effective capital deployment across the organization.
• Maintaining and optimizing the company’s global bank account and cash management infrastructure, ensuring appropriate controls, documentation, and operational efficiency.
• Analyzing global foreign currency exposures and recommending risk mitigation strategies, including hedging activities, while executing foreign exchange transactions and preparing FX reporting to support financial close and treasury operations.
• Performing period-end treasury and financial reporting activities with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and adherence to internal controls.

Minimum Qualifications:  

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field 
• 3+ years in a corporate finance role, with treasury experience a plus 
• Proven understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), financial statement analysis, and cash control environment 
• Reporting experience - both in gathering and displaying data visually, and in written summarization of the salient points 
• Excellent planning and organizational skills to achieve objectives and meet deadlines on multiple projects simultaneously 
• Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining effective control environments. 

Desired Skills and Experience: 

• CTP, CPA, MBA or similar professional designation  
• Knowledge of treasury in a multinational company 
• Experience with treasury systems and various e-banking platforms
