Job Description

  • Coordinate and manage sales, service and operational administration activities for the Robotics Division in Türkiye, ensuring efficient support to business operations.
  • Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals for robot configurations and direct sales, collaborating with overseas production teams.
  • Localize Stäubli robots in Türkiye, manage service requests, and oversee spare parts processes.
  • Coordinate operations with international production units and manage critical stock and consignment stocks.
  • Fulfill orders for robots and spare parts, ensuring timely shipment and invoicing.
  • Create and manage quotations, records, sales and service orders in SAP and CRM systems to meet robot, spare parts and service demands.
  • Manage service requests, including feasibility studies, installations, training, field services, preventive maintenance and warranty services.
  • Support the team for service and application training requests and maintain related records in the CRM system.
  • Support robot and service sales activities, including marketing communication and related administrative processes.
  • Prepare quotations for workshop and field service activities and ensure invoicing of chargeable services to customers.
  • Follow up open orders and invoicing activities, proactively coordinating with the relevant functions to resolve issues or delays.
  • Manage and support intercompany activities with other Stäubli entities, including orders, services and related invoicing flows.
  • Review, control and approve division-related invoices and coordinate timely submission to the Finance Department.
  • Support cross-functional coordination between Sales, Service, Finance, Logistics and international teams to related operations.
  • Provide remote administrative and operational support, when required, to other Units within the South West Europe Region, performing such activities from the employee's regular place of work in Türkiye.
  • Support regional activities and cross-country processes related to Sales Administration, Service Administration, order management, quotations, SAP/CRM activities and other operational requirements, according to business needs and regional priorities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the South West Europe Region to promote process consistency, workload sharing and operational continuity across Units.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with ERP and CRM platforms; SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, are mandatory. The role requires regular interaction with international managers, colleagues, production units and other Units within the South West Europe Region.
  • Residing on the Asian side of Istanbul.
  • Strong coordination, planning and communication skills.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and activities for different internal stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international and regional environment, including remote collaboration with other countries and Units.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Good understanding of sales, service and operational processes.
  • Experience in import and logistics operations is considered an advantage.
  • For male candidates, military service must be completed.
