JOB OBJECTIVE

Promote textile products, support customer accounts, and assist in techno‑commercial discussions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Roles and Responsibilities:

The job encompasses but is not limited to the following Roles and Responsibilities:

• Meet customers & present textile machinery solutions.
• Support sales conversions via techno‑commercial discussions.
• Manage customer queries & follow‑up regularly.
• Maintain CRM entries for all field activities.
• Generate new leads & assist ongoing projects.
• Participate in demos, exhibitions & customer visits.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

5+ years (Weaving preferred).

Freshers allowed for Mumbai

COMPETENCIES

Technical

• Basic technical knowledge of weaving machinery.

• Ability to understand textile production processes.
• CRM usage & sales documentation skills.
• Good analytical and troubleshooting ability.

Behavioral

• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑centric approach.
• Ability to learn quickly & adapt.
• Regional language fluency (mandatory for Surat).
• Positive attitude & willingness to travel.
• Willing to travel extensively

QUALIFICATION

Diploma / Degree in Textile Technology / Manufacturing
