The sales assistant handles the administrative processing of orders for a B to B portfolio, from receipt to delivery to clients. They serve as the interface with sales and logistics departments.

Order Management :

• Receives orders directly sent by clients (email, phone, etc.)
• Verifies all data provided by the client: price, reference, discount, etc.
• Enters orders into the ERP system
• Tracks deliveries in coordination with logistics
• Updates clients on the progress of their order in case of delay or unavailability
• Handles incoming calls and provides information to clients: technical questions, price requests, availability, order tracking
• Maintains continuous contact with sales representatives in their sector and discusses upcoming orders
• Informs and alerts sales representatives and the Customer Service Manager of any dysfunctions or issues encountered with a client

Administrative Tasks

• Follows up with clients on unpaid invoices
• Updates sales data in the ERP system
• Updates client data in the CRM system

Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service position

Proficient use of Microsoft Suite Applications

Multi-lingual Spanish and English

SAP Knowledge preferred
