Job Description
At Statkraft, we are dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Currently we are undergoing what could be best described as from project to product team. In this we do have some quite experienced teams and others who are in their journey. As an organization we still have some way to go, where e.g. product team portfolios would dominate how the organization is organized and think.
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Agile Coach to join our dynamic team and help us drive our agile transformation journey. You will be working in a team with 2 additional agile coaches in our LACE and in a department with product managers.
As a Senior Agile Coach, you will play an important role in guiding our teams and organization towards agile maturity. You will work closely with teams working towards being truly cross functional, work with implementation of agile practices, mentor team members, scrum masters and product owners, work on addressing organizational issues; all for the end goal of ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products.
Key responsibilities Senior Agile Coach:
- Lead and mentor agile teams in the adoption and implementation of agile methodologies.
- Guide scrum masters, product owners and product managers in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews and in quarterly planning (PI like).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address impediments to agile adoption.
- Provide training and coaching to teams and individuals on agile principles and practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of agile practices and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in agile methodologies.
Qualifications
We look for experienced agile coach with the essential skills and mindset to guide Statkraft maturing in Agile where the starting point now is IT deliveries. We believe this includes:
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach or similar role. This would include strong understanding of agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and LeSS.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills. Certification in agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe Agilist) is also a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in a senior or leadership role within an agile environment.
- Fluency in English
