Job Description
ServiceNow is one of our strategic platforms in Statkraft. Our goal is to enable digital transformation within our organization, which will allow us to provide our customers and users with personalized and seamless experiences, optimize our operations, streamline our internal processes, and ultimately drive growth and profitability, in compliance with country specific laws and regulations.
The core platform team is responsible for the day-to-day development, management and maintenance, and operations of the ServiceNow platform. This team provides overall strategic direction, ongoing administration, and extends ServiceNow as a strategic platform across the business.
The ServiceNow department currently counts 25 employees and is organized as a product-oriented team. We are now strengthening the team with a full time Product Manager for the ‘Employee Experience' area. The 'Employee Experience' area covers key customer areas like HR, Workplace, Legal etc.
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of all agreed capabilities and related processes towards the relevant customers.
You will:
- Be a liaison between your customers and the platform team
- Act as primary point of contact for the relevant customers and stakeholders
- Own the customer relationship to identify, prioritize, model, and document business processes and requirements
- Ensure requirements are understood, developed, tested, and delivered according to specification
- Support the testing effort
- Train and manage resources within the product team
- Work with stakeholders to drive improvements, innovation, and adoption
- Work closely with the rest of the ServiceNow team to plan, estimate, manage, and deliver releases
There is a great flexibility in the role, which may be adjusted according to your profile, skills, and experiences. The role reports to the Head of ESM & ServiceNow.

Your profile:
- Solid experience with ServiceNow - minimum 3 years
- Experience with understanding/supporting business processes, and managing both business and technical requirements
- Experience with managing stakeholders on different hierarchical levels
- Experience from ServiceNow HR Service Delivery will be considered a plus
- Experience from Agile way of work will be considered a plus
- Higher relevant education at a university level
- Good communicator, verbally and written, in Norwegian and English
