Job Description
To coordinate and manage the bank’s fleet better within the company overall operating policies in line with the budget, marketing and personnel policies. To analyze the bank’s fleet operating system against international standard.
- Monitor the quality and efficiency of service provided by the fleet service providers.
- Deployment of dedicated pool vehicles to business unit as required.
- Monitoring of vehicle request from expatriate and staff members.
- Ensure high standard fleet service that project positively the bank’s corporate image through qualitative service from the fleet service provider and drivers.
- Develop and implements short and long term policy designed to ensure compliance to global best practice in fleet management and adhered to national transport policy.
- Monitors changes in the operating environment and act quickly on potential opportunity.
- Ensure efficient and prompt services are delivered to both external and internal customers.
- Analyze data to monitor performance and plan improvements and demand.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to in areas of supervision and recommend improvements.
- Ensures the effective roll-out of change initiatives through tracking and reporting on projects as well as conducting readiness assessments.
Qualifications
- BSc Management Sciences or related field.
- Relevant professional certification can be an added advantage.
Experience:
- At least 3-4 years’ experience in managing fleet unit in any industry.
