Job Description

To deliver real value to Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers by developing the Communication strategy and plan

To continually seek ways to improve the effectiveness of internal and external communication

To continually seek effective ways to create shared value in the communities in which we operate

To manage the execution of communications campaigns and projects – internal, media, social media

To manage the relationship with key stakeholders

Develop and implement marketing programs that utilize strategic digital channels to promote the brand's retail product offerings.

Responsible for planning, implementing, managing and monitoring Stanbic IBTC Pension Manager’s retirement savings solutions across all available digital and social media channels in order to increase awareness, sales and customer retention, particularly among the youth – 18-35-year-old Nigerians.

Experience Description: 7- 10 years’ experience in a Marketing and

Communications role.  |  Must have supported the management of a project budget of approximately N100 million  |  Must have experience in working in teams and driving campaigns, social media management, community engagement, content planning, moderation, reporting, and experience within a regulated financial services environment.
