Job Description

To prepare and review the SBSA group and company annual report, the preparation of the financial information to be included in prospectuses for SBSA's note programmes, to facilitate the successful delivery of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Companies Act and JSE Listings Requirement compliant external financial reports. Deliver & review the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) required eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) reporting for South Africa.

8-10 years
This role requires deep specialist experience in Finance, very specifically statutory financial reporting experience at a multi-national listed group of companies experience. Practical experience in the preparation of annual financial statements and other year end reporting requirements.
