Job Description

To drive adviser adoption and retail investment flows by translating product and platform capabilities into clear, compliant, market-ready propositions, technical marketing and enablement for advisers. This role aims to improve adviser experience, strengthen positioning against competitors, and accelerates utilisation across the distribution value chain without owning manufacturing or pricing.

10+ years The role requires extensive experience in proposition and product development within financial services, with strong exposure to investment and asset management environments. The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of experience across commercial, operational, or execution enablement roles, with a demonstrated track record in shaping and delivering investment propositions. Experience within wealth, asset management, or broader investment management contexts is highly advantageous. The individual should possess strong commercial acumen, with the ability to develop compelling product propositions aligned to client needs, drive market positioning, and enable effective execution across distribution channels.
