Job Description

To provide comprehensive and accurate investigation, diagnosis and resolution of all client inquiries, requests, compliments and complaints to maintain positive client experience and minimise risk and losses to CIB.

Qualifications

  •  Matric, Diploma or Degree in Business Commerce, Consumer Services

Experience Required

  • 3-4 years General client services and / or support capability with proficient technical experience.
  • Client relationship experience preferred
  • Experience resolving client services issues, with demonstrated ability to interact across multiple internal stakeholders Proficient knowledge and / or exposure to Banking products, services and channels
  • 3-5 years previous banking experience (must have)
