If you are a recently qualified graduate with a passion for working with people and delivering exceptional, client‑centric experiences, the Personal and Private Banking (PPB) SA SB Private Limpopo Graduate Programme offers an exciting opportunity to launch your career in relationship banking. 
 
The programme is designed for motivated individuals eager to learn, grow and contribute within our Private Client environments across South Africa. You will gain meaningful exposure to relationship management roles, including Relationship Managers and Young Professionals, while developing a deep understanding of client needs. 
 
Through a structured, rotational learning journey, you will experience relationship banking within a leading financial services organisation. Your success will be driven by collaboration within cross‑functional client service teams, hands‑on learning and practical application. You will also have opportunities to share insights and present outcomes to a range of stakeholders. 

Key responsibilities:

Rotational Exposure:

  • Rotating through different departments will allow you the opportunity to gain experience of different functions and rapidly learn the organisation.  These rotations are conducted in person and include immersive, face-to-face experiences where you will connect, learn, and perform tasks under the supervision of the Coaches.

Learning and Development Requirements:

  • In support of the in-person work immersion, you are required to complete relevant training to support your development.  This training will be offered through online modules, in‑person meetings and classroom sessions.

Qualifications

Business related Postgraduate qualification (recently completed or completing in 2026):  

  • BCom  

Additional Information

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be a South African citizen.
  • Should you have work experience, it should not exceed 12 months.
  • Full academic transcripts to be submitted with application for undergraduate and postgraduate studies.

Programme duration: 12 months
