Job Description

This role is suited to an experienced Project Manager who can lead the end-to-end delivery of projects across the business by applying best practice project management principles. The role is responsible for driving execution across cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, cost and quality, while maintaining strong governance, stakeholder alignment and risk control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to close-out, ensuring structured delivery and successful handover into business-as-usual operations
  • Drive project planning, execution and tracking, ensuring timelines, budgets and resources are effectively managed and aligned to agreed objectives
  • Develop and maintain project dashboards, reports and governance frameworks to provide clear visibility on progress, risks and performance
  • Lead cross-functional teams, vendors and stakeholders to ensure coordinated delivery and strong engagement across all project workstreams
  • Identify, manage and mitigate project risks, ensuring appropriate escalation, stakeholder alignment and resolution in line with governance standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Commerce in a field related to Project Management, Business Management, Finance, Operations or a related business discipline
  • Postgraduate qualification in Business Commerce or Project Management is advantageous

Minimum Experience

  • 5–7 years’ experience in end-to-end project management within a complex environment
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects within defined scope, cost and timelines
  • Experience managing project financials, resource planning and governance processes
  • Experience engaging with stakeholders across multiple levels, including project boards and senior leadership
