Job Description
The Head of Business & Retail Clients (BCB & PPB) in Global Markets is responsible for leading, developing and executing the Global Markets strategy for Business Banking, Commercial Banking and Retail client segments. The role ensures product penetration, revenue growth and delivery of GM solutions while driving risk discipline, client experience and collaboration within both internal and external stakeholders.

Professional Qualification: ACI Dealing Certificate
Experience Required
Global Markets
1-2 years
At least 2 years working with knowledge of all asset classes and solutions offered within Global Markets. A good appreciation and knowledge of Risk Management, covering Operational Risk, Market Risk and Credit Risk. A good understanding of macroeconomics and current economic trends; Exchange control rules and regulations applicable
3-4 years
Minimum of 3 years depth of experience and exposure in Global Markets and with Banking background. A good working knowledge of foreign exchange and money markets and an intermediate understanding of other Global Markets products.
5-7 years
Seasoned experience in client relationship management with a demonstrated track record applying judgement, best practice and knowledge of internal or external business environment to solve escalated problems which may have some degree of complexity as well as to improve processes. Demonstration of advanced communication skills and the ability to adapt communication style based on the target audience.
