Job Description
To deliver operations administrative support services through the execution of predefined objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Process documents and instructions to ensure that transitions received are actioned within the agreed timelines, providing effective communication to clients and advisors, ensuring that high Standards of Client service are maintained at all times.
Qualifications
Type of Qualification: Secondary/High school/A levels/Matric
Experience Required: Service Management
1-2 years
Experience in Financial Service Operations
