By conducting thorough and critical analysis of current processes, systems, and operating models, the role provides practical recommendations that enhance efficiency, functionality, and overall business performance.

Key responsibilities include assessing existing operational practices, identifying gaps or inefficiencies, and proposing future‑focused solutions that support continuous improvement and sustainable growth.
