Job Description
Lead and drive the planning, execution, and optimisation of campaigns across the BU to promote products, services and the brand to both existing and potential clients by driving best practice and thought leadership in digital and interactive marketing.
Qualifications
Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Business / Commerce/ Marketing
Experience Required
5-7 years experience in developing innovative marketing campaigns and content that resonate with target audiences, working with digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, content marketing, and SEO/SEM and using data and metrics to inform campaigns and measure performance. Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment, working cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
3-4 years experience in engaging at an Executive level in organisations in order to develop marketing plans. Familiar with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, analytics platforms, and other marketing technology to streamline processes, improve campaign effectiveness and with the financial services industry, including understanding of market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive landscape.
