Job Description

The purpose of this role is to, with the guidance and direction of the Trustee Manager, execute operational deliverables for the Trustee Business, providing excellent  customer experience, sound  management of the asset and liabilities book, assist with the implementation and maintenance of the necessary processes and procedures in order to provide assurance on the level of investment compliance within the different CIUs under management in respect of the various regulatory and client mandatory investment limitations.

Minimum Qualifications
Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Business Commerce

Experience Required

  • Minimum of two  years working experience in the financial services sector
  • Exposure to debt and capital markets and the Botswana Stock Exchange
  • A good knowledge of the custody market, settlement and corporate actions procedures and Collective Investment Schemes in Botswana would be an added advantage
  • Experience in Fund accounting
  • A good understanding of the regulatory framework for Collective Investment Undertakings  and financial services in genera
