Responsible for all aspects of internal and external financial reporting and financial statements as it pertains to the SBSA Home Loans division.

Implementation and monitoring of controls, ensuring a robust internal financial control environment. Managing the annual budgeting process. 

Providing leadership, vision and direction to the Home Loans accounting team, taking full accountability for the translation and implementation of finance strategy. 

Qualification:

• Business Commerce, Finance and Accounting Post Graduate Degree
• CA(SA) qualified

Experience Required

• 8-10 years post article experience in a financial or management accounting role
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work across departments
• Experience managing a team
• Financial Services experience, with lending finance being advantageous
