Job Description

Provide an efficient support function to enable the Relationship Manager to focus on selling. Action processes, service customers and sell reactively to ensure that the correct products are delivered timeously and that service levels are met

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Commerce 
  • Bachelor of Accounting will be advantageous
     

Additional Information

Experience: 

  • 3-5 years experience in Banking or the Financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers on the manager’s portfolio when the manager is unavailable, in need.

  •  Identify cross-selling and migration opportunities for the manager and business banker.

  • Support the manager in optimising the service that customers receive.

  • Able to present credit application to Credit Comm with assistance of the RM.

  • Manager effectively supported in achievement of all sales and other financial targets (KRA scorecard)
