Job Description
To proactively promote a virtual/remote relationship-based offering by being a dedicated and primary point of contact for clients in the Personal Banking segment, through the provision of banking solutions which meet their needs and in accordance with the specified value propositions.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Commerce Degree or related
Additional Information
Experience:
3-4 years: Experience in sales and relationship management of clients and able to drive profitability, and build relationships and problem solving. Proven sales track record in the financial services industry. Experience in developing campaign solutions through the use of insights. Knowledge of the bank’s products, services and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate findings of root-cause analysis to relevant stakeholders and recommends solutions or recommendations.
- Conduct a financial needs analysis with all new and existing clients to ensure that product opportunities identified are appropriate to meet their needs and priorities.
- Identify alternative solutions in order to meet client demand whilst still meeting the bank’s profitability, risk and compliance requirements and aiming for a win-win situation for both client and the bank. Need to resolve requests in such a manner as not to harm the relationship (even when declining deals).
- Maintain, entrench and grow each client relationship and manages the risk per client to ensure consistent growth in portfolio and returns to the bank.
- Educate clients with regards to lending application processes (e.g. vehicle finance, home loans, overdraft, credit card, personal loans, cash, etc.), credit maintenance processes (e.g. annual reviews) and account conduct expectations (e.g., minimum account balances, provision for debit orders and cheque payments, etc.).
