Job Description
To implement all change and adoption initiatives across Voice Branch and/or geographies (where necessary).
Qualifications
Type of Qualification: First Degree (NQF7)
Field of Study: Business Commerce
Experience Required
Main Market Clients
Personal and Private Banking
- 3-4 years experience and knowledge of change management and project management principles, methodologies and tools
- Experience in implementing organisational change efforts
- Experience with managing various stakeholders towards a common goal
- Research and report writing experience
- Understands Voice Branch environment and its business drivers.
