Job Description
To drive growth via PayPulse Wallet proposition for personal, business & corporate clients by identifying their financial/transactional needs and recommending suitable solutions. In addition, responsible for adoption targets and growth of our PayPulse acceptance footprint in the market.
Qualifications
Bachelor or Commerce or related
Additional Information
Experience:
5-7 years: Experience in the design and development of client value propositions. Experience within PPB/Business Clients distribution environment. Experience in the application of data management, advanced analytics, business intelligence and quantitative techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive achievement of sales and service objectives; Drive customer up-take of new (launched) and existing products through presentations and offering the full PAYPULSEproposition including on-boarding new merchants to PayPulse for increased acceptance.
- Ensures a consistent understanding of PayPulse across the bank (including segments, client solutions and corporate functions); Represents PAYPULSE at relevant internal and external forums with the necessary decision mandate.
- Together with Marketing develop appropriate take to market strategies and initiatives (e.g., campaign management), client-based campaigns, adoption of key projects and initiatives.
- Provides subject matter expertise to the front line to improve their capability of response; Provides input into the development of the PAYPULSE offering; Provides economic, competitor and sector / segment insights to the front line to enable improved client engagements.
- Build up a sufficient network with product and segment owners to support and establish points of contact for all new leads referred in the country; Develop and implement business attraction plans for personal solutions, including analysing market potential.
