Provide a security assessment service to the Bank by ensuring that assessments are carried out within laid down instructions and quality requirements. Maintain a high level of integrity and ethical standards by observing the values and vision of the Bank at all times.

• Degree in Real Estate/Land Valuation and Estate Management, Property Studies
• Knowledge of property valuations, market research and analysis for farms, residential & commercial properties
• Code B driving licence is a non-negotiable.

Experience: 

• 2-3 years relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a professional security assessment service to the Bank.
• Grow the banks Home Loan book through increasing percentage of approved valuation within criteria.
• Control and manage risk and costs.
• Ensure proper record keeping in terms of BON and SBN requirements
