Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform legal functions under supervision of a qualified legal professional
  • Review, investigate, report and escalate high-risk defences and allegations
  • Profile delinquent VAF accounts to resolve their status
  • Mitigate risks and enhance the organisation's integrity and reputation
  • Focus on processes related to VAF

Qualifications

Type of Qualification: Legal Diploma or Equivalent 
Field of Study: Legal

Experience Required
Credit Risk – PPB
Risk & Corporate Affairs
3-4 years
VAF  Collections experience within a Financial Institution and/or Collection Department
