Job Description
To take demand from walk-in customers for any card and cash related matters (e.g. teller, ATM, Moneygram, etc.) whilst forming an accurate assessment and understanding of that demand in order to act on it in a manner that consistently delivers what matters to the customer within the parameters of the bank's financial offerings.
Qualifications
- Matric
- National Certicate in Banking (NQF5 FAIS-aligned qualification)
Required Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Personal and Private Banking
- Demonstrable branch banking experience is essential
- Comprehensive understanding of the bank's established policies and procedures related to teller operations and frontline support
- Proficiency in managing bulk cash and ATM operations
- In-depth knowledge of legal aspects pertaining to cash handling
- Thorough familiarity with the functions of various departments within the branch structure
