Job Description

To implement the Money Management & Advisory Voice & Digital business model and specifically develop and grow a team of Digital Financial Planners ensuring efficient delivery of financial services to our clients.

To also manage day to day activities of the Financial Planners to deliver against defined operational plans and campaigns to achieve their sales and revenue targets.

To ensure adherence to all business processes, regulatory requirements in terms of FAIS, and mandatory compliance measures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications
  • Wealth Management / Financial Planning qualification (or any FAIS aligned qualification) – Preference for Certified Financial Planner (CFP®)
  • RE5 & RE1
  • Minimum required qualification and experience in terms of FAIS fit and proper requirements – To represent Money Management & Advisory as a Key Individual

 

  • Experience Required
  • 5+ years’ experience in managing, coaching, and developing a team of financial planners
  • Proven successful sales track record in the financial services industry
  • People management experience leading teams and motivating people
  • Preferred Experience in Virtual Financial Planning and Digital Enhancement
  • Preferred work experience in a financial planning Call Centre
  • Preferred financial planning experience within a banking environment
  • Negotiating skills and conflict handling
