Job Description

To lead the Professional and Technical Services (PTS) Financial Support Team within Group Real Estate Services Commercial in order to optimise Engineering Services support.

Qualifications

  • Matric , Diploma or relevant Degree
  • Project Management or Finance and Accounting Certificate


Experience Required

  • Experience in Finance Business Partnering and Finance & Value Management
  • 3 - 5 years Experience with regards to Budget Analysis and Reporting would be critical 
  • 3 - 5 years in a PMO and or comparative or similar administrative environment where planning and execution of work was a focus whether as formal projects or as part of office and team management.
  •  Support the Project Manager in tracking and managing project risks and issues.
  • Ensure that all project documentation is stored appropriately and is easily accessible to the project team.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of project reports to senior management.
  • General: Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the successful execution of projects.
