Job Description
The Direct Sales Agent shall be required to identify customer needs effectively and open new accounts accordingly. Ensure that customers are assisted efficiently within agreed timelines and cross-sell products effectively.

Field of Study: Business Commerce or equivalent
Type of Qualification: Certificate of Proficiency (Long-term and short-term)
