Job Description

To provide a professional advisory service to the agricultural market by conducting viability studies and agricultural property valuations for the bank to support of the optimal management of the agricultural book in line with profitability objectives and risk parameters. 
To promote and enhance the bank’s image and profile by representing the bank at important agricultural events.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
Type of Qualification: Degree
Field of Study: Commerce graduate, preferably BSc Agric (Economics), B.Agman (Hons), or B.Comm (Agric) Honours Relevant post-graduate studies would be an advantage


Experience Required
Agribusiness
Business & Commercial Banking

At least 2 years' relevant experience as well as an in-depth understanding of diverse agricultural businesses, property valuation, economic and credit principles is essential.
Work performed is of a specialised nature and several years’ practical experience is necessary to be able to perform effectively. 
Significant experience in preparing and motivating Credit applications is essential for arbitration purposes.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost control and sales management is essential.
