Job Description

Please note this role is a fixed term contract role, and relocation is not able to be considered

To provide a first line of support to the Business Development Managers, their introducers and New Business Executives within the Isle of Man (IOM) Distribution Team, while ensuring that an exceptional service is delivered at all times by providing full administrative support.

Qualifications

  • GCSE / A Levels


Experience Required

  • The role requires 3-4 years of relevant experience in financial services.

Outputs:

 

  • Assist in the maintenance of the IFA Support Mailbox by ensuring emails are responded to within service levels.
  • Assist the business support manager as required to deliver projects to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the departmental operations.
  • Assist with IFA annual reviews to ensure they are completed in line with the recently revised process and standards
  • Collate client information as instructed (such as Terms of business), prepare required documentation and maintain appropriate paper and electronic filing systems, in line with security processes to enable efficient document management.
  • Ensure accurate information is loaded onto the system and provided to the Business Support Manager or others in the team when need be or upon request.
