Job Description

To be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of the Private Banking Offshore strategy and value proposition across the value chain. To ensure that core capabilities are executed in order to realise business objectives (e.g., Digital and eCommerce, Personalisation, International Financial Advisors, Coverage, etc.).

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • First Degree in Business Commerce or related studies

Experience Required

  • More than 10 years experience in Private Banking and dealing with affluent clients within the financial services industry.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in developing, designing and enabling value propositions that meet Private Banking client requirements.
  • A proven track record in organisations of comparable size and complexity.
  • Strong understanding of digital, open banking and platform integration into segments.

Additional Information

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the Private Banking Offshore strategy and its related value propositions in alignment with Domain and Standard Bank Offshore (SBO) requirements and drive integration across the bank.
  • Ensure execution of the value proposition in order to realise financial and non-financial objectives in collaboration with relevant PPB and SBO stakeholders (e.g., ensure that the value proposition is deployed into the market, including integrated marketing and promoting the offerings in collaboration with Marketing).
  • Define the engagement metric strategy and create measures that link to effective client engagement / experience (i.e. NPS, customer effort scores, etc.).
  • Accountable for overall risk management and ensure adherence to all governance standards for the continued sustainability of Private Banking Offshore. Develop appropriate recovery and resolution plans to protect the business from any untoward event.
