To execute the day to day buying of non-catalogue items as aligned to the category and commodity plans, including supplier identification, obtaining quotes, negotiation, and supplier selection, where applicable. Maintaining a focus on the compliance management and cost saving, to minimise Procurement costs and optimise benefits for Stanbic Botswana while enabling the achievement of the organisation’s targets.

3-4 years

Experience in commodity buying, with accountability for a category of products and/or services.  A proven track record in procurement execution with negotiation skills. An ability to effectively communicate with multiple and varied internal and external stakeholders.
