Job Description

To deliver a talent acquisition service by executing on talent acquisition needs for the respective Business line through effective sourcing and channel optimisation. Apply innovation strategies to identify, engage and attract talent to Standard Bank utilising the full value chain of Talent Acquisition services. Specialising in either IT or in Financial Services positions.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in IndustrIal Psychology or Human Resources

Experience:

8-10 years in the field of Human Capital, of these 5 years in Talent Acquisition.

3 years in People leadership roles

Experience in IT recruitment or Financial Services roles required.
